The charm of bohemian life
When Chagall was originally founded as a bar in 1992, Berlin was on the cusp of drastic change. We have evolved along with these changes over the decades. But there is one thing we have always preserved: the easy-going spirit of old Berlin.
Our home is a characterful turn-of-the-century building. Spread across two floors and six individual rooms, Chagall offers the perfect setting for any occasion. Spend a late autumn evening by the crackling fireplace, enjoy the sunset on our large terrace in summer, or dine in style in our restaurant rooms.

Our cuisine focuses on a lovingly curated mix of Russian classics and international specialities. Comfort food is our strength – dishes that warm you up and make you happy. We use only fresh and carefully selected ingredients.
Our classics are no longer an insider tip: enjoy a hearty portion of handmade pelmeni or try our borscht, prepared according to a strict recipe approved by our grandmother. You should also let our delicate Russian quark pancakes (syrniki) with homemade jam melt in your mouth.
We accompany you culinarily throughout the day, from a delicious breakfast to a varied business lunch on weekdays to a hearty dinner.
